Made to Order vs Made to Measure

Every shopper is looking for a different, unique shopping experience. For this reason we offer different services: made to measure for corsetry, and made to order+made to measure upon request for lingerie.
First – to avoid waste, we don’t keep stock of anything, and will always create only what’s needed.  

The difference is that a made to order garment is crafted following standard sizes, but put into production only when a client asks for it. 

A made to measure outfit, on the other hand, will be created following your own unique measurements. A personal pattern will be made for you to ensure the perfect embrace in your new lingerie piece. This is our standard procedure for corsets, and it can also be requested for lingerie.  

Customizations

All of our items can be customized! 

You can always ask for small changes: we can add a busk or back zippers to our corsets for comfort, add or remove garters and harnesses, make a harness in a different color (subject to availability), swap fabrics etc. 

If you think something is almost but not quite what you were looking for, you can always email or DM us through social media and ask for changes before ordering. Fees for any customization, if applicable, will be discussed case by case. 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a customization for any reason at our discretion.

For made to measure items, we’ll be in touch with you via email after your purchase to guide you through the measuring process.

Shipping and Handling

All of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1 – 2 weeks for smaller pieces, and 4 – 6 weeks for corsets before your order is dispatched. The wait might be longer during busy times. When that is the case, you will be notified.
If you need your order for a set date/event, please contact us first. Rush orders might be subject to a fee.

Shipping Rates

To provide the best shipping experience, we only ship via DHL express, and delivery will take 24/48 hours. We are not responsible for shipment delays. Import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.  

Standard rate inside of Italy is 10€.

Our packaging 

All of our lingerie is carefully wrapped in paper and placed in an Aconito box which you can also keep for storage.
Please email us for special gift wrapping or other requests. 

Returns

We have a strict no returns policy. Because of this, be especially careful when providing your measurements and remember we are here to help – you can reach us via DM in our social media pages or via email and we’ll be happy to guide you through the measuring process and/or answer any question.  

All of our garments are handmade with love and thoroughly checked before shipping, so the event of receiving a faulty item is highly unlikely. Still, if you have any issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work together towards a solution. 

Payments

At the moment we only support PayPal on the website, and PayPal or bank transfer for custom orders. If request is high we’ll look into implementing other methods, so please message us about payment options if you have suggestions!
